Dr. Kennon Todd is a native of Murfreesboro, Tennessee.
He went to Blackman High for a year and then transferred to Siegel when it opened and was one of the first graduating classes. He grew up loving animals and being fascinated by all creatures. Many years ago in high school, Dr. Todd actually participated in an explorers group at Animal Care Veterinary Hospital, and that's when he realized for certain that he wanted to be a Veterinarian. Dr. Todd attended undergrad at the College of Charleston, attended Veterinary School at St. George's University in Grenada, West Indies, and did his clinical rounds at Auburn University.
One of Dr. Todd's special interests is working with exotic species. He enjoys going to conferences and doing continuing education to learn more about these animals and how he can help enrich their lives.
Dr. Todd lives in Murfreesboro with his wife, son, and daughter. He loves getting outdoors with his family and dog, Beyla. Dr. Todd also has a cat, Odin, and a small family farm where he raises chickens.
